these are 2' X 4' X 3
acoustic panels
i made 12.
ingredients for one are:
2 48" 1"X3"
2 25.5" 1"X3"
8 wood screws to hold frame together
1 24"X48"X2" FIBREX mineral wool,
i got it at SPI here in san antonio
( i just drilled screws through the frame into the mineral wool to hold it there)
50"X26" piece of tshirt interwoven material, jersey knit.
i went with green, red, and black, and got them at Hancocks
for around 5bucks a yard, i used a staple gun
staple one side first then the opposite, this worked best for me
then got some 2/12X15/16 screw eyes and screwed them in on back of the frame approx 12" from the top, then put some 17lb wire
to hang. put a nail in the the studs on the wall,
and hung.
this has improved my acoustics in the room a lot, highly recommended for any listening and obviously recording environment.

Our church is going through the entire bible in a series called the Story,
a bible published by Zondervan.
Check out this website,

I wrote a tune based on this theme, and folks liked it enough to put it on this website,
It is getting mastered and will be up on itunes within the next 3-4 weeks,
